I use it and do like it. I stopped for awhile because of side effects I was having, but since I can't find a better med, I use the inhaler. You only get 1/2 a dose with one inhalation, and that seems to help me. I do go back to atrovent, but I can't seem to find a good happy medium. Breathing is not as good as when I used just Spiriva, but I don't choke on food all the time. Yes, the little inhaler is good.
