I also agree, it is really important to have both on hand.
I seem to only need anything when my Pulmo is on vacation. I have needed the pred once & the antibiotic twice, in the past 6 years.
Always around Christmas...
I get 2 years out of each prescription, as I fill it when I get it, and refill it just before it runs out.
