Hi,
I have ascertained that my ancestors came from Cranbrook and was wondering whether there was any books etc. that would give me an insight into how an ag labourer and his family who worked on a farm would between say, 1790 and 1850. I would like to know something of how they lived, dressed, work and if time - had fun, visited family etc.
