After living in Sissinghurst, at No 2 Sunnyside Cottages, my family moved to No 8 Frytheway, a new council house, do you remember Miss Day 'The rent lady' she called every 2 weeks to collect the rent money! what about Stan Webb and his cultívator!Dorothy Avenue and the 'Fright Home Guard'.If any readers remember being brought up in the 50's and 60's please put them on the website.
