: That type of work wouldn't / shouldn't have
: anything to do with a City of Detroit
: Contract. In all my years at Homicide I
: never had a scene where city of Detroit
: employees or companys under contract to the
: city performed those types of jobs. I did
: come across several privately owned companies
: who did crime scene / biohazard type cleanup.
: Pay a visit to Homicide Section and local
: precincts and ask them to put your business
: card under the desk glass, or ask them to
: give you a call if they have a homicide scene
: where the survivors want a cleanup done. I
: now work at Livonia PD and we have business
: cards from a couple of companies under our
: desk glass. Once a crime scene has been
: cleared / released a police department
: doesn't have any control over who enters,
: cleans up, etc. it's up to the owner of the
: property...good luck

: Does anybody know how to get our name in the
: City of Detroit to offer crime scene
: cleanup.??
: : There are two questions: : 1) Are you a
: minority or is your company
: minority owned?
: If your answer is yes go to question two.
: If your answer is no, forget it.
: 2) Do you have any objections to paying city
: officals bribes, payola, graft etc.?
: If your answer is yes, forget it.
: If your answer is no, welcome home - you've
: come to the right place.
: Basically this is just like any other city
: except the filth and greed is reserved on the
: basis of minority status.
: Good luck with the business
