Thanks Pete! Yes, I am having fun with it, if its not fun, why do it? I couldn't possibly care less about what my lactate threshold or VO2 max are, would my runs be different if I did? I doubt it. Just have fun. That's what Gary says, and he must be on to something because why would Runners World interview him for a story on runners who have consistently run very well for many years?
