Just keep it consistant over these coming dark cold months. If there is anybody that has the tools to run sub 3 hours it's you! Keep your eye on the big picture! for me I guess I'm starting to only care about racing marathons all the other events I may or may not participate in are only intended to help my marathon running. For me I feel my speed days(if I ever had them!) are done or I don't really care much about chasing 5ks. I ran a nice steady 17 miler yesterday in Orono at 7 min pace

: & down Caddilac on S. Ridge trail in
: about one hour for seven minute pace. Wed.
: easy 5k around Bar Harbor. Thurs. Easy Eagle
: Lake with some fartlek for one hundred
: meters every two to three minutes. Friday:
: Witch Hole warm-up and five hill repetes on
: the big hill near the visitors center. Still
: feel like I am strong but not ready to push
: into 5 minute pace for any longer distance.
