Group run info for a visiting CT runner

Hello to all Bar Harbor Runners.
I am from southern CT and I will be visiting Bar Harbor for the 1st time with my family during the week of 7/28 Sat pm to Thur 8/2. I also enjoy trying to link up with other running groups where ever possible! Typically 7-8am starting times work for me since my wife and kids sleep in late. I am open to any terrain, distances, or whatever.
We also have a great running community in Fairfield/New Haven County in CT, so if anyone happens to venture by our area we would love to invite you to our runs. I find that runners overall are great all around people, and it is always a joy running with different runners.
So, any info on running groups (times and places) that I could tag along with for a visit would be great.
