quality vs quantity at MDI

Here is something written about the MDI Marathon race director that I enjoyed reading.
"...as opposed to the 'come hither and qualify' mentality of many race directors who frankly seem more obsessed about digits on a clock than the necessary details needed to put on a quality race."

I ran Division I XC for Penn State and have completed many road races. We, the running community, could use more race directors with your mentality and motivation to host a quality race.
