Dear MDI Marathoners,
As if running a marathon is not hard enough a couple from St Louis Mo has announced they will be married on the finish line in Southwest Harbor shortly after finishing, Janice Hensler and Rich Bignall who both ran our course last year will return and be married shortly after they finish. All participants and spectators are invited and encouraged to cheer on the new couple and or attend the finish line wedding festivities.
