Good work Peter! Thanks for the report. The beauty of this sport is none of us are ever really satisfied [for long] and it keeps us all working hard to be better every single day. You are 100% correct that it's far better to be frustrated with results than not being able to run. Keep running!!
: This is a late report: Went out at a good clip
: but my recent physical factors told me to
: back down by 5 miles in at which point David
: Herr first passed me followed by Paul Young
: and a younger runner from NH. This is a
: tough terrain race and David Herr was right
: on his regular pace by the end so he looks
: to be in Marathon form right now. Paul Young
: finished a strong third just behind the
: runner from NH and about a mile behind
: David. I was the fourth runner in about 1
: mile behind the second and third guys. Took
: awhile to post because I am slightly
: frustrated with not being able to run
: without some physical factors right now. I
: guess I should be thankfull to just run
: period. Winning time was 2:37 a solid time
: any year with second a 2:46 and third a
: 2:48. I rolled in at 2:55 about six minutes
: ahead of next two runners and not feeling
: like I was able to push enough.
