Islander (CROW) Wins NEH 5 Miler (press)

It been a while since we saw a Crow win this race. Both EG and JC have done it wearing black, fun to see David Wilson be the third member of Crow Athletics to accomplish this. To put this impressive win in prospective, David is 16 years young and it was a very hot humid day.
editors note: I trained with David some this summer and thought he had a good shot at winning this race (but never told him) I think had it been better conditions he would have run 45 sec to a minute faster. I know it was tough out there because the guys that followed David across the line where not exactly slouches. It will be fun to watch David tear it up as he gains experience.
