30K MDI Marathon build-up run report

What a beautiful day and what a nice turnout! Nice to share an important part of the MDI Marathon route (10K -25K and back) with Amanda, Joe, Justin and Rachael, many of whom drove long distances to participate. The miles really do just slide by with such great company and unmatched camaraderie. Special thanks to Mary for the rolling support and delicious treats. Don't forget our Sunday Run in the morning. Hope to see you all there.
