If so great, if not here is some arm chair advice, after a major breakthru race it is normal to have a let down as you don't have a goal to work toward, the best advice I ever got and can pass on is, just go run without worrying about time, distance or speed. Run without a plan and just enjoy moving start and stop when you feel like it. If anything take this post marathon period as a vacation from running with pressure, just run for fun! g --Previous Message--
