Ultimately, the reason I run

Today was one of those magical mornings that reminded me of the ultimate reason I'm a runner. In the dark, cold air I experienced one of those times that I feel the most alive, in every sense of the word. In these moments I feel absolutely overwhelmed with appreciation for every moment, every step and I thank God for my life, my health, and for being a runner.
