G...Nice note on Yonkers....In the '64 Olympic Marathon Trials, John J. Kelly was attempting his 3rd straight ('56 & '60), where only the winner was selected (the other 2 from the Culver City Trials in California)(Billy Mills & Pete McCardle)....@ any rate, it must have been 98.6 degrees w/ a humudity factor as high...Buddy Edelen won by 20-+ minutes @ Yonkers that year & Kelly was 2nd......SEE U in Sarasota.....B
