good for that fellow to still be above ground let alone running!

Mon 9/6 - 15 miles
Tues 11/6 - 17 miles
Wed 9.5/8.5 - 18 miles
Thurs 9/10 - 19 miles
Fri 8/6 - 14 miles
Sat 9/10 - 19 miles
Sun 14/4 - 18 miles
TOTAL 120 miles
