Congrats to all the other Crows on some fantastic racing in Boston and thanks to Mary for including me in the updates during the race. I've never had live press coverage before.

Running as a Crow certainly brought me good fotune this year. Although it wasn't my fastest Boston ever it was my best time since 2002 and it was the only one of 11 where I ran close to even splits and felt great right through the finish line. It was one of those days when nothing could go wrong.

I was hoping to bump into some of you but it's hard to find people in the crowds of Boston. Perhaps I'll make it down to the July 4th Relay or the Cranberry Island Ultra where the crowds aren't quite as thick, but the rinning is just as good.
