It was a good day; The best sign, (encouragement), seen along the route was "Today, RUN like a MOTHER!!". Good advice.

Great to watch the Nova Scotia CROW "RUN like a MOTHER". On the out-back (x2) course it was the Prince Dave Nevitt who was looking like royalty... with an "easy looking" 6th place finish in a wonderful time of 3:02:55!!
WAY to GO.
