thank yous are not necessary Mary...as I've always believed those who are deserving always get their just rewards...you have earned this and more! I have little doubt that you'll cross the finish line in Nov...keyword for you is 'consistancy' for the next 2 months. Then we'll adjust. The recipe to getting there is: run every other day as little or far as you feel like, and add 1 mile to your sunday runs starting with your longest current run. Dave is correct debuting at NYC will be something you'll never forget!
