Just keep it consistant over these coming dark cold months. If there is anybody that has the tools to run sub 3 hours it's you! Keep your eye on the big picture! for me I guess I'm starting to only care about racing marathons all the other events I may or may not participate in are only intended to help my marathon running. For me I feel my speed days(if I ever had them!) are done or I don't really care much about chasing 5ks.
