Nice work everybody and especially to you Peter for all your work as we both know grass roots race directing and participation is where it begins, me after my Boston run (where I paid a a big price for running sick and in the rain)I am just now feeling better and starting to log some solid miles again. Funny as I ran yesterday got to thinking about running, during the pre-internet era, back then we didn't post our workouts and it was better(in my opinion) because there was a level of secrecy to how much or how hard others where training. It was fun to see each other only at the races and only then see who had been working and who hadn't, running was kind of like a poker match, you could bluff all you wanted but they guys who had the cards (did the work)always won . I guess in the information age more isn't always better to this old dog. --Previous Message--
