Our Crow teammates running today in the Pats Pizza Clam Festival Classic held in Yarmouth Me report that they ran well and had a great time doing so. Finishing in 60th place overall (20th age 20-29) was Patrick Allen in 30:40 (6:08 pace) Finishing in 68th place overall (24th age 20-29) was Nedicus Swain in 31:21 (6:17 pace) They also report a great reception for our 'Team Crow' which was instantly recogizable by our new black and white team racing singlets by Brooks Running: http://www.howuzit.com/mdimarathon/ They also bumped into Dan Vassalo who finished 4th overall in the race and who ran in our July 4th Around MDI relay as part of the victorious 'Team Mules' representing Colby College. They were also approached by a group of runners from Bates (Lewiston) who recognized their Crow logos and said they were just on MDI and want to come back to run our races, train with us and that they love what we do!

Congratulations to our Crow teammates Rudy Kelly from Bass Harbor and Jim Archibald from Gotts Island who finished in 6th and 17th places overall in the Tremont Trot 4 Miler. Their times where 25:41 (6:26 pace) for Rudy and 30:48 (7:42 pace) for Jim. Great work! Caw! Caw! Caw! note: we noticed some very selective, biased and one sided reporting of club/team affiliations and hope any other runners who might have been representing any other Maine running teams weren't excluded. Not sure race results is the place for politics or to try and prove a point.
