Another great run with Jim Newett, we cranked out a solid 23 mile run this morning, this was about 4 miles further than we had planned but due to somebody's miscalculations we ran a bit more...laugh! Told Jim that just becuase we never trained together for 30 years we didn't need to try make up for it in 2 weeks. If we keep doing this we'll be a feared presence in this falls marathons. So far we've run (training) together a total of twice and covered around 39 miles.
