My recovery took much longer than I anticipated and I want to get back to work by the first part of May. This "new law" concerns me however. Any news or input would be greatly appreciated.

I have been out of the loop since October 2006 due to a car accident. (Two very broken and dislocated feet) The end of January we sold our house in NY and the notary that came to do our signing here in TN said that the Bill had passed with regard to closings only being done in an attorney/title company location or at the lenders. He said it he hadn't heard of anyone doing anything different than they had in the past.
