Much will depend on the demographics of your new location vs where you're coming from. Shoshana was very fortunate her business did not suffer. Before moving 80 miles upstate, I was doing on average 30 signings a week, with a lot of high-end work ($2 million refi's on $4 million homes, $1 million HELOCS, etc), and little real competition. 
Now I do about three or four a week: mostly in the range of $160K refi's on $200K homes & $75K HELOCS, with lots of low-end (i.e., $40 - $50) competition.
Unfortunately, most of "my eggs are in one basket" ... the few repeat clients who value my service, and are willing to pay my established fee.
