541100 is the "family" code for "Legal Services". 541199 is a further detailed classification the is specific to Notaries Public. Since I am not a tax professional, the following is just an assumption on my part and should be taken with a grain of sea salt. I don't think the IRS will get upset at using either one. The 541199 is not listed by the Bureau of Labor but is listed by NAICS. --Previous Message-- : I looked this up and both seem to be : okay. Any tax experts out there that : can confirm?
