I just wanted to say that this may 'look' easy, but there's a lot to consider. Do you have the stamina to wait until 10 minutes before your closing to get the edocs, which you never get a chance to look over before you meet with the borrower and you still have a 30 minute drive? Do you have the stamina to wait for 30-90 days for payment, and possibly not get paid at all? Do you like working all your evenings and blowing off your friends and family because you got a good paying assignment that you just can't turn down? Would you like to have a job with no paid vacation and no paid sick days and no regular hours? Do you like driving in the dark trying to find addresses by using a flashlight? Or how about going into questionable neighborhoods and maybe you don't find this out until you get there and it's too late to do anything about it but pray. And don't forget that you might make an error in forgetting to get an initial or a signature and then you have to go back on your dime. But hey, I love the freedom and flexibility.
