Just wanted to clear that up about my name. 
Also, I am and always have been a signing agent FIRST. Been closing deals in my area for many years. I work for many SS and have never solicited their accounts. Not my style. So rest assured, my little ole company is insignificant in the big picture of this market. Im just trying to survive like everyone else.
