The 2 UPS store notaries realize I know far more than they so they refer clients to me when they are busy or not absolutely certain they are notarizing the document correctly. I have very friendly relationships with these gals. I refer people to them when I am unavailable. The notary at my local Kinko's is so bad that I have been notarizing fresh printouts of docs he handled incorrectly. Sometimes clients tell me that just watching him made them realize the guy was clueless so they backed out of the store and searched for a good notary online. Once they saw my website or spoke with me via phone they knew I was the notary they wanted. Knowledge and good marketing trumps all. --Previous Message--

Yes, our local Kinko's recently added a notary as well. I'm guessing that Kinkos/FedEx corporate is mandating it as UPS corporate does with their franchises.
