I just completed my first one....tons of notary work...but what was hard was the part of the instructions that did not allow for any corrections, initialing...or else!!!... (fines set forth) so if the borrower made any kind of mistake, one would have to get the copy from the borrower package prepare it without a date correction or whatever...WOW!
