Missing RTCs

I have a refi on a principal residence coming up tonight. By the time I got docs printed, TC had closed. But there are no RTCs in the docs. Is there some unwritten rule that somehow I should know to supply them or should I MYOB? Or in Kelly's words, don't analyze, just notarize and let Title worry about this if, indeed, there's anything to worry about.
Also, there this PCOR in the package, which I seldom see, but when I do there's always been a Grant Deed or Interspousal Deed to go along. This has nothing. What to make of that? Thanks for any help!
