Posted by pan/nd So you just completed your 1st one? And maybe your last one, too? Egad Martha, they want perfection in an imperfect world. Obviously they haven't any psychology courses. If you tell the borrower(s) ahead of time that they can't make any mistakes, it's almost a guarantee they'll make mistakes and probably on the borrowers' copies, too. Some of these lenders are dumb enough to put vinegar on ice cream and market it as a new sundae. --Previous Message--

RVO,
: I just completed my first one....tons of
: notary work...but what was hard was
: the part of the instructions that did
: not allow for any corrections,
: initialing...or else!!!... (fines set
: forth) so if the borrower made any
: kind of mistake, one would have to get
: the copy from the borrower package
: prepare it without a date correction
: or whatever...WOW!
