Mine I've had several mortgages in the past few months with white out AND/OR that white out tape - one with a file type label covering the return to address and a new address typed on top of the preprinted one. "Official" county rules say no white out but apparently they don't hold fast to that. For many, many years, white out was not a problem here, not sure when they changed the 'official' stand. I know these recorded because I checked.
