We have a client who wants us to do a purchase closing (whether it includes a piggy or not) for $175. We used to be able to get $250-$300 for a purchase with piggy last year. I know the market has slowed down, but I'm curious to know what other's are currently charging for a purchase closing, and for a purchase with a piggy back.
