New ack and jurat forms

I'm looking for the new CA 2008 jurat and ack forms that are set up in .pdf format for fill-ins within Adobe. I like to keep them in my file with the venue and my name with Notary Public after it already filled in. I've already downloaded the new forms from NotaryClasses.com, but theirs are not fill-in forms and the SOS hasn't posted the forms on that site either.
