Not a lot of detail in your post. Are you replacing it when the light comes on? How many pages are you printing before you replace it?
When my drum light comes on, if it is printing ok, I just reset the light and keep on printing until the print quality begins to suffer. Each time I replace the toner, I blow my printer out with compressed air. I really don't know how far I went on one drum with one of my brothers, but I know it was a hell of a lot farther than the recommended replacement interval as I reset the light several times.
