I'll have to second that (60-90 minutes), Lots of initialing, and in almost every case calls to the sales rep to discuss unexpected (typically not previously disclosed) terms in the doc's, but buyers have always signed in the end. After my first signing, I adjusted my fee as I knew what I was in for.
