I would contact the SOS, I took my test on 10-27-07 and received my test results from CPS in the beginning of November. Today I got my application and proof of completion back with request to get Live Scan and photo to attach to my application and proof.
My commission expires on 2-3-08. In the upper right hand corner of my application, they put the date highligted as 2-4
