i spent a lot of time on the phone researching the title comapanies today that hired them for the closing. PRECISION IS IN A LOT OF TROUBLE cuz when I called "ditech, assurity etc., they were shocked that precision was closed and they are mad now bcuz they werent informed.
my check was suppose to be well over $800 and all I got was $400. what a joke, when I called each title company they told me that they paid precision in full and also we were getting pittiful fees.
one office internal lawyer told me to surf the web for bankrupcies and look for Precision and then file a claim on what i was ripped off on, I also send an email and called stephanie the owner and of course she doesnt have the decency to call me back. How do u search the web for this type of issue, ? and I agree they shafted a lot of notaries and I dont know ho0w they think they are going to get away with it,.
