Oh Man, I taught my First CA 2008 Notary Classes Yesterday

A LOT of penalty and fine changes! Look for articles in the newspaper about notaries finally getting caught with their pants/panties down around their ankles since local authority is now in control (vs. the Sec of State). A good thing in my opinion having watched and heard about illegal acts going unpunished/unaccoutable for years.

As usual, the exam has nothing to do with being a Notary either... guess that's what happens when the govt decides the questions... no doubt none of authors are Notaries Public.

Now since the DOJ AND the FBI does our BGC's along with a more difficult test, I imagine the numbers of notaries in CA will be greatly reduced over the next 4 years.
