It seemed like a threat to convince me to take this sleazy job. It was for a loan in Hemet, so I'm not sure how they would search the list. I was hoping these low ball loans would just disappear along with their LO's and cheap title companies. Has everybody noticed the new student loan ads on TV. They are all from banks that bombed in the mortgage biz and are trying to capture the sub-prime stutdent loan biz.
