When I renewed in Oct, I received about 20 offers for notary supplies (bonds, forms, insurance, stamps) ect. I think 5 were not from Sacramento, of those 5, I believe 2 were from out of state. It appears Notary supplies are BIG mail order business, and a great majority that subscribe to the SOS list (how ever they do that) seam to be located in Sacramento.
