Jacque and others reading that are new. All of the advice is very good. Please do your research. The one thing that I don't think has been brought up yet (sorry if I missed it) is that just because you did the work, doesn't mean you'll be paid right away or at all. So you want to make sure you do not count on any money coming in for a while. Good luck to you though.

: And then after jumping thru all those
: hoops, Jacque, don't be surprised or
: disappointed when you're being pushed
: back by the signing services/closing
: & escrow companies you'll be
: marketing to. Given the current
: environment, they'll not be likely to
: risk their business reputation with a
: newbie when they probably already have
: an extensive call list of those with
: whom they've had a good experience.
: Your next option, therefore, is to
: spend lots of $$$$'s getting listed
: with the numerous internet directories
: with the HOPE that you'll a call now
: and then. And, BTW, have you made the
: not insignificant investment in
: high-speed internet, state-of-art
: computer and periphials? Even then ...
: at the end of the day ... as said
: before, "good luck"
