Tell them that after a month, someone down the line has lost it and that THEY are receiving a black mark in YOUR book and may not be available for them too much more, depending. Thats how I have done it. They always call though. For something not notarized I tell them to send it directly to the borrower and have them send it back, becuase if I go, its a fee.THey lose things many times and try and chump us into going back on our dime.
