Lost signing due to POA

I had a signing scheduled through LSI for Monday but when I called the borrower to confirm the appt she was confused because she had signed a POA to complete her loan signing online. She said US Bank had offered her the option of signing online or having a notary come out to her and she opted for the POA. Needless to say the signing was eventually canceled.

POA loan signings are definitely a reality. I once went into a local credit union to drop off a card and they said they do all of their loan signings online.
