One of my students told me about his HELOC through World step-by-step since he knew I'd be interested. I asked him why he didn't feel uncomfortable having a lender representative close his loan and his reply was, "Well isn't the Notary a lender representative?". Yikes.

LaShon - as far as you knew, was the US Bank deal a HELOC?
