That is great, Soshana! I was introduced to a Credit Repair Service also, but did not really pay attention to them. Yes, I agree! There are so many people who really, really need help.
Just be patient. I heard that the title comapnies in Arizona were flooded with orders last month...due to close this month. Hopefully, it will be a good news for you and hope some of the spill will head my direction.
I am really glad that I had decided to diversify and not stuck with just the signing. When it picks up...I will have time for it, but for now, I am building something that I know will supercede my income as a SA and make money whether I work hard or not. When the signing picks up again, I will decide which way I should go.
Hey! Do you know of a Real Estate Broker in Arizona who might be interested in becoming a state Broker for Connect Realty? We are looking for one and we only need one for each state, so once that is filled, it will no longer be available. The company is 100% ALL-VIRTUAL so we do not need to report to the office. One Broker can hang the Realtor's licenses in one state. Please e-mail me if you can refer one.
Outside of NV, CA, IL, FL, ID, TX and WA, we are still looking for Brokers, so if anyone knows of anyone, please refer them to us. We do search for experienced, currently active Brokers, who will pass the interview...not just any Broker.
