HUD, Note with riders, especially any prepayment penalty riders, (if the deal's gonna die it usually dies right here), TIL...and I only mention they have three days to look everything over and change their mind. If those docs pass muster we're usually good to go. If not, I know pretty early on if it's going to be a no-sign or not. JMHO
