Ok that last request got a bit hijacked........
It looks like a few out there are fans of check off's for document type. I'm not sure I'm sold on the concept. I'm personally rather detailed, and list the exact name of the document (word for word, typo's included), in case I ever get called into court, just like I list every document on a separate line, so when requests for a document are made I don't provide more than what is requested, and become a provider of information not known.
My main interest is moving the mandatory info off of the binding (as exists in the NNA journal), and putting "optional" info boxes there (not that I don't use them also).
